Return and exchange Policy:
Since we are committed to
provide the highest customer support, we offer easy return, replacement and
refund facility for the products that for some reasons did not met the desired
expectation. We ensure the product return, replacement and refund with the
following criteria:
1.1 When you can claim
return or refund?
Delivery of wrong product.
If the product is not the same one that you ordered or found mismatch as the
product description that mentioned on the website.
If the product has any
defect by its manufacturer.
Product with missing parts
and accessories.
1.2 How to return &
replace product or claim refund?

numbers, Facebook, Whatsapp or email and notice the return or refund issue with
the order number.
Mention the valid reason as
mentioned above for return or refund.
We provide 7 days return and
replacement facility which means if customer wants, he/she must return the
product/s within 7 days of product purchase.
Product must be returned to
Royal Mart-bd.com registered office 24, North Goran, Khilgaon, Dhaka - 1219,
Bangladesh.
1.3 Things that must need to
know
Please check your products
in front of riders or courier service agents to avail return, replacement and
refund facility.
Customer will bear the
delivery cost to return any product for refund or replacement.
Royal Mart-bd.com will not
bear the service charge which might be deducted by respective bank or third
party for online transaction while refunding money.
To avail a full refund,
customer must return the product/s to our address in absolutely good condition.
Replacement of a product is
subject to availability of the same on Royal Mart-bd.com.
In case of damage issue,
customer must need to prove that it was happened from manufacturer end. In this
regard, we require real condition video.
Refunding amount through the
online banking transaction may take time which actually depends on the third
party process. We try to do our part as fast as possible to initiate the refund
for our all valued customers.
1.4 Return/replacement may
not apply in any of the following conditions
Damages due to misuse of
product
Incidental damage due to manufacturing
of product
Any item which has been used
or installed
Unable to return product/s after
7 days of purchase
Any product that is returned
without all original packaging and accessories, including the box,
manufacturer's packaging etc. that is originally included with the product(s)
delivered.
1.5 No complain will be
acceptable after 7 days of the product purchase.

Attach a receipt copy;
specify the method of refund with details (bKash, Nogad, Rocket or Cards.).
Pack all the items in the
original packing.
